I wish to become a Full Member of my local or national association of UAI. Full Members have read The Urantia Book in its entirety. Full Members may participate in all UAI activities including holding office and voting in local association membership activities.
I wish to become an Associate Member of my local or national association of UAI. Associate Members are readers of The Urantia Book who have not yet completed reading the book in its entirety. Associate Members may participate in all UAI activities except holding office and voting in local association membership activities. Associate Members may become a full member upon completion of reading the entire Urantia Book. [Note, this membership level may not be available in your National and/or Local Association.]
PLEASE NOTE: If there is no local or national UAI association in your area, your membership will be based on the above conditions either as an Associate Member At-Large or Member At-large attached to the UAI Central Office until a local or national UAI association is formed in your area or country.

I have read the Charter and the Bylaws of Urantia Association International, the UAI Privacy Policy, and the Declaration of Trust creating the URANTIA Foundation. I understand and agree to abide by the provisions in these four documents.
